Responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance, services, repairs and minor capital improvement projects for Extra’s premises across the Kingdom and Internationally.

- Bachelor's degree (Electrical or Mechanical) Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in Building Maintenance within high-rise, hotel, or commercial buildings.
- Previous experience in a retail background is an advantage
- Ability to manage a varied and complex workload.
- Experience in technical knowledge of building services.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
