Job Description:
1. Management, follow up and reporting of existing
portfolio investments
2. Evaluating and as sessing potential investment
opportunities
3. Supportin g and providing consultation to portfolio
Companies
4. Keeping track of all documentation/ Updating
Records
5. Anal yze, monitor and assist the portfolio companies
in their planned projects, funds, M&A activities
6. Participate in the development and the ma nagement
of the assets owned directly by the group
7. Evaluate new opportunities offered to the group
directly, or through asset managers and investment
bank.
