Job Description:
Deal with customers and serving the customers’
requirement in order to ensure the utmost
customer service and satisfaction.
Welcome the customers understand and listen
carefully to their request and concerns.
Make arrangement of the down payment on proforma
invoice or quotation if there are major
repairs are required.
Discuss with the customers about potential cost
of repairs and seek prior approval before
proceeding to the repairs other than scheduled
services.
Advise customers on periodical maintenance
requirement as per manufacturer
recommendations.
Carry out the determination and preparation of
Repair Orders and ensure its utmost accuracy to
prevent errors or delays during its service /
maintenance.
Carry out Front Desk Activities relevant to the
sales and promotion of the Division’s products
and services.
Inform the Workshop Manager about the
competitions and any other customers’ feedback
and concerns obtain through customers
interactions.
Carry out other tasks and activities as and when
requested by Management, within the context of
the Division’s scope and requirements.
