Job Description:

Welcome the customers understand and listen
carefully to their request and concerns.
Make arrangement of the down payment on proforma
invoice or quotation if there are major
repairs are required.
Discuss with the customers about potential cost
of repairs and seek prior approval before
proceeding to the repairs other than scheduled
services.
Attend telephone enquiries and appointment
requests.
Advise customers on periodical maintenances
requirement as per manufacturer
recommendations.
Inform customer to acknowledge the agreed
completion time. Pass the order to the workshop
supervisor.
Discuss and finalize the invoices with the
customer and agree a new date for next service.
Accurately determine the issue or need of the
Customer’s vehicle.
Perform Test Drive if required to determine the
nature of the problem and make a proper writeup.

Check and maintain the brochures and catalogues
level in the parts reception area.
Coordinate with parts department to promote
parts accessory sales and service campaigns.
Ensure the front desk is presentable and clean at
all times.
Inform the Workshop Manager about the
competitions and any other customers’ feedback
and concerns obtain through customers
interactions.
Ensure that the Repair Orders are timely closed
with proper documentations.
Update technical information
