1. Localize and communicate central product strategies
to their area of responsibility.
2. Ensure all local product st rategy related activities are
realized in a way that supports the company’s overall
strategy and goals.
3. Work with HQ b uying department to determine the
product's features, functionality, and design, and
ensuring compatibility with the region/country.
4. Analyzing and understanding customer and the
market, preparing periodic reports to inform, and
update HQ about the regional changes.
5. Identify market opportunities and p ropose actions
to take advantage of these opportunities.
6. Executing supplier and competition vi sits to analyze
local fashion and product trends, competitors’, suppliers’
and the market’s reactions towards trends, and come up
with a detailed reports and proposed actions.
7. Assisting HQ product teams with seasonal directions.
8. Assisting HQ for pricing and seasonal discounts and
local promotional periods.
9. Managing and followin g up product life cycle within
the assigned area.
10. Plan and contr ol monthly sales budget for the
product range in charge during the season and report all
the P&L results by product.
11. Following up the produ ct performance, inventory
levels and deliveries.
12. Managing produc ts return processes, asses and
analyze main causes of the product returns and prepare
a preventive actions report.
13. Managing product trans fer processes between
stores in his/hers area of responsibility.
14. Analyze sales by channel, and plan a nd recommend
sales development activities.
15. Assist the marketing dep artment in order to position
the product properly in the market.
16. Helping VM teams for utilization of store selling
space in the most efficient manner
17. Assisting VM teams in preparat ions by supplying
relevant products for the day.
18. Assisting VM teams for ne w season, discount
periods, and special days (New Year, Valentine’s Day,
etc…) preparations by supplying relevant products for
the day.
