Job Description:

1-Responsible for all aspects of the logistics supply
chain to meet the needs of the projects
2- Receiving and analyzing the material purchase
request.
3- Consu lt with engineering personnel to establish
performance criteria, specifications and testing.
4- Analyzes technical data, designs, preliminary
specifications, manufacturing limitations, supplier
facilities, and availability of parts and equipment.
5- Find and analyze all potential suppliers in orde r to
select the most suitable suppliers who are able to
deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
Sending RFQ’s (Request for Quotation’s) to the
potential suppliers.
6-Study offers and d etermines the best pricing and
technically accepted materials considering the
delivery time is suitable to the factory needs
7- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cos t and
quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the
company.
8-Issuing p urchase orders.
9- Organizing the payment process (local / foreign).
10- Organizing the receipt of the goods with the
logistics department.
11- Ensure that the sh ipment is identical with
demanded in the purchase order.
12-Ensure that the documentation s are received from
the vendor by the finance department. • 12-Follow -
up the inventory of goods in central warehouse.
13-Maintain proper communication between the ir
superiors and suppliers in order to convey every bit
of details properly
