Preparation of Overall Baseline Project Schedule
covering all the required aspects of the Projects i.e.
Engineering & Design, Material/Equipment Procurement,
Civil Works, Electrical Equipment Installation, Testing &
Commissioning.
• Preparation of Look Ahead Schedules as per the site
requirements.
• Prepare detailed Program schedules, cash flows, &
percent complete calculations.
• Preparation of Weekly, Bi-weekly Progress report as per
the Client requirements.
• Preparation of Progress Highlights showing the
activities completed and planned for next period.
• Progress Summary showing the planned percentage
and Actual percentage up to last reporting period,
current reporting period and total to date.
• Detailed percentage Breakdown Chart showing the
Planned and actual for the all the Project activities.
• S-Curve showing Planned and Actual Progress.
• Material Procurement Status Log showing the Planned
and Actual dates for equipment ordering, FAT and
delivery at site.
• Manpower Status showing the manpower deployed to
project.
• Updated Project Schedule showing the current status of
the activities.
• Preparation of Invoices for submitting to client.
