Job Description:
Develop and perform a risk based audit plan for
all technical areas (including but not limited to,
Service, Parts, Engineering, Production,
Installation and Operations) and related functions
of similar nature of the Company.
Responsible for, and accountable to, providing
independent, objective assurance and consulting
services to add value to improve the company's
operations in line with applicable laws,
regulations and standards.
K ey Responsibilities:
Prepare annual risk based audit plan for all
technical and related areas in line with the risk
assessment and laws, regulations, policies and
standards governing the Internal Audit function.
Plan individual internal audit reviews by
appropriately documenting the scope, objectives
and other information as necessary.
Responsible for leading heavily technical audits,
including establishing an audit program and
independently testing various areas.
Independently perform internal audit reviews as
per the approved audit plan and/or whenever
requested by the CIA in compliance with laws,
regulations, policies and standards governing the
Internal Audit function.
Document and evaluate complex and diverse
technical processes across the Company as and
when required.
Guide, develop and train staff auditors to ensure
that their testing satisfies overall audit objectives.
Review economy and efficiency with which
resources are employed: review operations of the
company including Service, Parts, Production,
Engineering, and report recommendations to
eliminate duplication, waste, etc.
Prepare the audit interim report and follow up on
the communication of the final report and
subsequent actions taken towards the
recommendations made.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a technical
discipline.
Professional Qualifications in Internal Auditing
such as CIA, CISA, etc.
Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in
Technical, Engineering and/or Operational audits.
Good knowledge of organization structures, risk
management and internal controls across the
technical areas.
Good knowledge in data analysis and data mining
techniques.
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken
English and Arabic is essential.
