Establish & reviewing the shop drawings and technical
submittals & follow up the materials take off from
contract
- Dr awings
- Leading th e project construction activities and the
project construction team (project engineers site
engineers - site Forman) to run the MEP construction
activities as per the approved base line construction
schedule, approved Materials approved method
statements and approved shop drawings
- Ensures project completion within specified time
by constantly monitoring progress on a daily basis
utilizing proper data and reports
- Manage expenses related to project execution and
monitors costs
- Sanction s/approves expenses as per approved
budget and finance policy
- Follow and run all o f the construction activities in
full complement to the company approved hse policies
and Procedures
- Review da ily work plan program and liaising with
the planning engineer to prepare the monthly achieved
construction
- Activit ies, following, monitoring and scheduling
the performance of any subcontracted works and report
on his Performance to the project manager
- Signing off on completed MEP (mech anicalelectrical-
plumbing) works with completed
documentation and the as-built
- As A mep site / constructi on manager.
- Over all in charge on MEP construction activities
on the job site (mep CONSTRUCTION WORK)
- Studying the MEP systems & bms cont ract
specifications/drawings
- Establish & review ing the shop drawings and

- Reviewing contractors claims related to MEP
works and preparing recommendations for
- Perform all other duties given by mep pm
- Prepare the project work- progress report s
- Managing & control the MEP QA/QC staff
