Job Description:
Lead and motivate the employees in the sales
department, so that they achieve the sales targets
of the company
Oversee salespeople, order fillers, stock clerks as
well as Sales representatives, retail sales cashiers
or customer service representatives
Interview, hire and are responsible for the
training of the workers, but they also monitor the
progress of employees, they conduct
performance reviews, create action plans for
under-performing sales representatives and,
when necessary.
Set up the work schedules for the sales
employees, making sure that they are adhering to
dress code and company standards in contact
with the customers and they ensure that all shifts
are covered.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Any Related Field
From 5 to 7 Years Of Experience in A Related Field
MS Office (excel, word, power point, etc.)
Fluent in English
