- Management o f testing and commissioning of
electrical, power, systems, HVAC, plumbing, Fire
Fighting and Fire alarm, CCTV, PA/GA and Access
Control.
- Review engineering drawings, P&ID and single line
diagrams, RED line markup drawings.
- Develop testing and commissiong wo rks scope of work
for different industrial and substation projects.
- Maintenance of DCS, BMS and SIS systems and
electrical power protection system.
- Supervise the commissioning team to carry out the pre
commissioning and commissioning activities as per
systems and sub system boundaries and mark up
drawings.
- Coordina tion with construction team and
subcontractors for executing the testing and
commissioning and commissioning work.
Commissioning/Commissioning of HVAC/M EP in
Oil&Gas, Petrochem, Buildings, and other large industrial
plants construction.
- Organize, plan & manage a team for timely execution of
Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities as per
project &contract requirement.
Review project scope and speci fication to develop
strategy for pre-commissioning & Commissioning and
project close out.
Coordinate with c onstruction & QA/QC teams for timely
and efficient execution of punch list items. Coordinate
with Construction & QA/QC teams for timely and
efficient execution of all pre-commissioning tests and
ensure all records are signed by client and properly
maintained as per project requirement for handling over
and close out.
Manage his tea m efficiently.
- Coordinate with Client to id entify and agree on systems
& sub-systems handing over requirement and ensure
Construction + Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning
team follow the same sequence.
- Plan and Coordinate with Vendo rs, Suppliers etc, for
timely availability and supervision as required. Ensure all
Parties (Client, Main Contractors representatives,
Construction Team, QA/QC Team, and Vendors) are
aware of commissioning requirements and
commissioning schedule.
- Support the Project Man agers in all aspects related to
project close out, and handover.
