in accordance with plans and schedules.
Ensure proper functioning of all electrical
equipment and systems.
Identify and monitor all maintenance concerns
related to electrical systems and develop an
efficient system to ensure smooth operations.
Perform required maintenance/preventive
maintenance of electrical systems to ensure the
safety and comfort of tenants.
Diagnose possible breakdowns and other
problems and provide precautionary advice for
both pre-occupancy and occupancy cases.
Manage and oversee preventive maintenance
activities.
