Job Description:

Maintain the operation of the IT network & ERP system
and management in the restaurant branches and the
warehouse and general department of the company
Installation of ERP software and internal network and its
maintenance, including the Notes service devices for
networking and extension cords and connections and
supervise the installation and maintenance and resolve
the internal systems of networks and servers and devices
software and Computer Problems and evaluation of
hardware and software internal network and a
commitment to service level agreements in information
technology in the company and motivate subordinates in
order to provide the best performance and activating .
Responsibilities:
perform administrative duties associated with the
daily operations of the company`s networks
Maintain the operation of the company's system
in the branches of the restaurant and warehouse
management and public administration process
linkage between management and the company's
branches and product lines and shops.
Overseeing the management of all administrative
and financial operations of the system.
Exchange of services and network services and
precautions and configurations tape and other
basic duties.
Installation and maintenance of hardware and
software, including the internal network servers
and devices and other accessories and
observations of the networks and extension
cords.
Assess the requirements and capabilities of
software and hardware LAN and to evaluate the
recommendations
Monitoring and maintaining the stability of the
network and communication and coordination
with the network and precautions schedule and
time is unlikely (lost) for users
Provide services to requests for IT Helpdesk local
information to local users and users.
Develop and propose new ideas to develop the
system and enhance productivity.
Follow additional responsibilities when advised
by senior officials according to the commercial
requirements of the company
