Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse.
Responsible for all aspects of developing and
implementing software application initiatives
within the SBU.
Responsible SAP integration and ensure smooth
operation with different business solution.
Strategic
Participate in the planning of the annual IT budget
and the supervised spending of it
Participate in the individual project budget
creation and/or approval of projects initiated by
business units or departments.
IT Operations
Evaluate, new applications, systems software,
products, and/or enhancements to existing and
new applications throughout the SBU
Ensure that applications meet business
requirements and systems goals
Conduct research to remain up-to-date and
knowledgeable in regards to industry trends and
emerging technologies in anticipation of new
business processes and system alterations
Vendor Management (External Interaction)
Liaise with company’s software suppliers for
prompt rectification of any problems or
emergencies
Manage software vendors effectively to ensure
best prices, benefits and service.
People Management
Supervise recruitment, development, retention,
and organization of the department’s staff.
Manage and provide direction for the Business
Relationship managers.
