Job Description:
Responsible for the development of performance
of all sales activities in printing market. Staffs and
directs a sales team and provides leadership
towards the achievement of maximum
profitability and growth in line with company
vision and values. Establish plans and strategies
to expand the customer base in the printing
market.
A solid understanding of “Printing” market:
products, competitors, and technologies.
Meet and exceed revenue targets.
Set achievable annual sales budgets and plans.
Mature client handling skills, at a level to be able
to deal with complex situations, excellent written
and verbal communication skills.
Lead and manage sales team effectively.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree.
Min 10 years of experience in the same field in
well-known printing companies.
Excellent English is a must.
Hold MBA is highly preferred.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal
skills.
