Job Description:
1 .Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and
managers in the business unit / area in people
management agenda.
2.Possesses a deep kn owledge of the business unit /
area, key employees and business processes.
3.Builds a strong business relationship with th e business
unit / area and transfers HR requests and solutions
to/from the business unit.
4. Implements best practic es and supports the delivery
of HR processes
5.Identifies gaps , proposes and implement changes
necessary to cover risks.
6. Acts as the performan ce improvement driver and
provokes positive changes in the people management.
