Job Description:

1. Establish a company office
2. Hire key department heads/personnel (HR,
Finance, Business Development ,Operations)
3. Establish the operating budget
4. Develop the company’s business plan
5. Prepare the start-up budget
6. Identify the required equipment and prepare the
procurement/lease schedule
7. Identify the required manpower and prepare a
hiring schedule
8. Hire the required manpower for start up
9. Obtain vendor numbers from all major clients.
10. Formulate policies and procedures
11. Prepare marketing information and develop the
sales team.
12. Establish a management system (i.e. ERP).
13. Manage the company’s resources (finances,
manpower and equipment).
14. Develop the business based on the established
business plan to meet financial objectives.
15. Direct the process of hiring all the required
personnel.
16. Develop and oversee strategies and
implementation plans for the company.
17. Establish and develop business contacts and
relationships with clients (private and public
entities).
18. Identify and pursue business opportunities.
19. Establish financial relationships with financial
institutions.
20. Provide leadership for the overall operating
performance of the business.
21. Develop, monitor and administer financial
program to maintain efficiency and quality.
22. Manage preparation of bids and contracts’
negotiations
23. Monitor paving equipment operations efficiency,
production and maintenance.
24. Prepare, implement and monitor the quality and
safety programs for the company.
