Achieving monthly Store Sales Target.
Completes store operational requirements by
scheduling and assigning employees; following up
on work results.
Maintains store staff job results by coaching,
counseling, and disciplining employees; planning,
monitoring, and appraising job results
Identifies current and future customer
requirements by establishing rapport with
potential and actual customers and other persons
in a position to understand service requirements
Protects employees and customers by providing a
safe and clean store environment.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing
related results as needed
Daily Random Checking on Barcodes, Prices, &
Alarms in Display area & In Stockroom.
Supervise Section arrangement, Steaming,
Hanging and folding products during the 2 shifts
and before closing on week days to make sure
that next shifts proceed only with cleaning the
store
Attending Store physical count
Fully responsible of all Products in the store and
always monitor walk in customers and limit
number of fitting room entrance with products to
be
maximum 4 pieces to avoid theft and daily check
security antennas
To communicate effectively with line management
on a daily basis to ensure they are Adhering to
company policies and procedures on timekeeping,
absence reporting, customer service etc…
Actively supporting and communicating with
colleagues, related department, customers and
managers
To ensure that all paperwork relating to
replenishment, invoices and transfers is
completed and returned within the given
timescales.
