Job Description:

Landscaping Projects
Supervise & oversee the landscaping projects in
order to ensure the timely completion of the
project within the defined deliverables.
Liaise with the Site Supervisor or Real Estate
Manager on the concept of the Landscaping
project.
Coordinate with the draftsman for the
preparation of the design / drawing for better
representation of the concept and its
requirements.
Oversee the Landscaping project, ensuring that all
deliverables are completed & the project shown /
handed over to the Coordinator / Manager.
Oversee the revisions of the project, based on
additional inputs & requirements coming from
the Coordinator or Manager.
L andscape / Garden Maintenance
Supervise the maintenance of the Villa’s grounds /
gardens to maintain & enhance its pristine
condition.
Oversee the general cleanup of the ground /
garden, including the removal of trash & debris,
pick of litter, proper pruning of trees / plants,
cutting of grass and other activities which will
maintain and enhance the pristine condition of
grounds / garden .
Schedule the pesticide, fertilizer & watering of the
grounds / garden and oversee installation,
operation & maintenance of the sprinkle irrigation
system.
S afety
Ensure the team’s compliance to the Safety &
Health standards & practices in order to prevent
damage or losses.
Ensure / orient the team on Safety & Health
practices, wear protective equipment for certain
tasks & activities.
Inspect on-going project / maintenance activities,
pointing out potential safety & health risks while
changing procedures or practices to prevent
accidents & injuries.
People Management
Lead & motivate the employees towards team
solidarity and exemplary performance in order to
maximize productivity and harmony.
Share knowledge, experience, provides feedback,
guidance & assistance.
Identify / recommend appropriate training of the
staff to meet & improve performance standards.
