Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance,
qualifications including CMA/ CPA/ CIA/ CA
(preferred)
5-8 years work experience in a similar role
Knowledge of automated financial and accounting
reporting systems. Knowledge of financial
regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and
prepare financial reports, statements, and
projections.
Good command on ERP system with excellent
computer literate especially Excel, word and
PowerPoint.
Outstanding communication skills are essential..
Work requires excellent and professional written
and verbal communication and interpersonal
skills coupled with structured thinking.
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality
materials within tight timeframes and
simultaneously manage several tasks.

Job Description:

Responsible for knowing critical functions
within the department and capable of mentoring
and assisting employees within the department
and develop departmental synergy.
Monitors compliance with Saudi SOCPA and IFRS
and company procedures.
Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and
inconsistencies in financial entries, documents,
and reports.
Assures compliance with corporate policies,
regulations and laws.
Determines proper handling of financial
transactions and approves transactions within
designated limits.
Compiles and analyzes financial information to
prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost
centers and documents business transactions.
Responsible for distributing financial statements
and cost center reports. Distributes monthly
comparison reports and cost center reports
according to schedules.
Prepares financial statements and other reports
to summarize and interpret current and projected
company financial position.
Analyze transactional processes and identify areas
where additional accuracies and efficiencies can
be achieved.
Closely maintains and monitors the fixed assets
system.
Adheres to internal and external deadlines.
Applies cost accounting methods to achieve
accurate representation of cost center
performance.
Responsible and accountable for accuracy and
timeliness of inventory controls and cost controls.
Assist with annual budgets – prepares all
allocations, coordinate monthly closing process
and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
Develop and implement various accounting
procedures.
Preparation of the monthly statutory accounts
and financial statements under Saudi SOCPA and
IFRS.
Work with both internal and external auditors
during financial and operational audits.
Maintain system of accounts and keep records on
all company transactions and assets.
Plan, set up and administer accounting systems
and prepare financial information for an
individual, department, company or other
establishment.
Examine accounting records and prepare financial
statements and reports.
Develop and maintain cost finding, reporting and
internal control procedures.
Examine financial accounts and records and
review of financial statements and preparation of
Zakat, tax returns, and withholding tax forms.
Review and improve the chart of accounts in
order to cover the firm activities requirements.
