Directs preparing, maintaining, and managing all
sketches, maps and reports related to establishing
topographic survey section by applying elements
of geometry, engineering, trigonometry,
mathematics, physics and law through qualified
manpower, equipped with up-to date surveying
equipments to run out survey works in the most
appropriate ways with high quality standards and
in minimum time schedule and fees.
Directs performing the required surveying tasks
within the allocated time (before the deadline)
with the lowest number of errors and the highest
possible quality.
Manage and maintain effective relationships with
all engineers, contractors, consultants and
subcontractors (if any), as well as all involved
parties on the project.
Derives and develops medium and short-term
plans and executive programs to manage and
achieve Business Unit's goals.

Conducts periodic meetings with subordinates
within the Business unit to ensure that priorities
are clear and workflow is running smoothly.
Prepares technical proposals and cost estimates
regarding topographic surveying for any new
project.
Supervises the process of calibrating surveying
instruments in order to maintain their accuracy &
report any defects.
Supervises the process of recording the results of
surveys, including the shape, contour, location,
elevation, and dimensions of land or land
features.
Resolves any unexpected technical difficulties and
other problems that may arise at any time
Follows-up on employee administrative affairs
such as: vacations, leaves …etc.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably with
background in Geographical Information Systems
or relevant field.
An equivalent combination of education and work
experience from which comparable knowledge
and abilities can be acquired is necessary.
More than 2o years of professional experience in
the field of Surveying engineering.
Deep Knowledge in Surveying codes, guidelines
and standards.
Deep knowledge of algebra, basic calculus,
geometry and trigonometry.
Knowledge in civil engineering codes, guidelines
and standards.
Capable to establish topographic survey sections
using the up-to date surveying equipment such as
GPS and Total Station Equipment.
Capable in using Leica Geo-office, Topcon tools or
any other surveying software.
Capable in using various project management
software applications such as MS Project,
Primavera and AutoCAD/STAD.
Skilled in estimating project resource
requirements (manpower, materials, financial).
Excellent Managerial and Leadership skills.
