Job Description:

To be fully conversant with all the Policies &
Procedures and ensure that they are being
adhered to.
To be fully conversant with Fidelio Operations.
To prepare weekly duty roster for front office.
To prepare yearly vacation plan for front office.
To make sure Front office staff on duty are
properly groomed.
To take proper handover from previous shift.
To read and follow-up all “Traces” & “Action List”
for the day.
To ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are
done as per the Policy & Procedures.
To make sure room assignments are done as per
the request for the next day’s arrival.
To check all registration cards for rates and if
correct information has been taken upon checkin.
To check all VIP arrivals rooms if amenities are
placed in time.
To liaise with Housekeeping Supervisor in case of
any special request or arrangement for guests.
To assume control of reservations outside normal
reservation hours.
To handle out bookings in case of overbooked
situation in line with the standard hotel operating
procedures.
To carry out training within the department for
new recruits and ongoing training for the staff
while on their shift.
Handle guest complaints and give the feedback to
Asst. Front Office Manager.
To communicate with all other departments for
the smooth running of Front Office Operations.
To fully report all actions to Asst. Front Office
Manager.
To be aware of all promotions and activities of the
resort.
To perform your duty at the highest possible level
of hospitality, extending efficient service most
friendly and courteous.
To review time to time relevant policies,
procedures and tasks as the basis for a smooth
operation of the department.
To participate in daily briefings and monthly Front
Office meetings.
To carry out other duties commensurate with
your position as and when assigned by the
Assistant Front Office Manager.

Job Requirements:

BCS Degree in Any Related Field.
Minimum 3 Years Of Hotel experience & opera
knowledge is A Must.
Fluency in English
MS Office professional.
