+ 5 years of Prior experience in
1. Training or PD delivery
2. Sold consultancy in these areas
3. Ideally in Corporates, but also relevant in
education, government or other public sectors
Sales skills – ability to initiate opportunity and
manage complete sales process to a successful
close
Work independently
Travel within KSA and GCC
Ability to present to audiences greater than one to
one
Positive attitude – self starter
Motivated by success
Understands that selling a consultancy capability
is different to product sales
Able to engage at C level
Knowledge of full training life-cycle
