Job Description:
Analyze various product problems and prepare
technical feedback report to the Principal
· Manage the vehicle diagnosis and maintaining work
procedure for workshop technicians/electricians and ensure
timely completion of jobs as per quality and standard laid
down in the workshop manuals
· Manage and control day to day production activities to
ensure that vehicle repair and delivery are met within agreed
timescales
· Assist in maintaining work procedures for the workshop
technicians/mechanics
· Ensure timely completion of job as per the quality
standards laid down in the workshop manual and ensure
manufacturer Service Process is properly following in every
case
· Assist the technicians while performing complex
diagnosis procedures
· Facilitate, supervise and coordinate the delivery of all
physical resources required for the smooth operation of the
workshop and allocate the technicians accordingly
· Coordinate with Service/Workshop Manager for the
workshop activities to ensure the maximum utilization of
resources and manpower in the repair and service of
vehicles
· Responds to customer’s queries and concerns and
escalate when necessary and ensure that corrective action is
taken on a priority basis
Job Requirements:
Engineering Graduate
· Training & Certificates – dealer standards
· Minimum 10 years of relevant work exper ience in an
Automobile field with at least 5 years’ experience in a
managerial capacity.
· Excellent comm unication skills in English , Arabic is
plus
