Insure the safety work environment for all the
employees through providing the safety equipments.
- Maintain the agreed production schedule with
planning Section (Daily, Weekly).
- Ensure availabilities of all press consumables (plates,
inks, chemicals, water base/ coatings etc) to the appropriate
workstations on time.
- Execution of Job Orders & Plates received from pre
press (graphics).
- Ensure ava ilabilities of all raw materials to the
appropriate workstations on time.
- Ensure safe return of the lef t over raw materials and
consumables to raw material store
- Ensure to achieve production targets as per job orders
issued.
- E nsure to achieve machine utilization and efficiency as
per the targets
- Ensure ti mesheets are filled in 100% accurately.
- Ensure quality of work done within the operation s is
at international quality standards and the output as per
customer agreed specification by
o Product/Process verification
o Shade, dimension verificatio n, specs verification.
o Routine inspection
- Ensure all start- up and make-ready process are in-line
with the SOP.
- Ensure the optimal process wastage as per the SOP.
- Ensure and respect shift handover/takeover
procedures.
- Ensur e for the timely report of any break down or
maintenance requirement to the maintenance team and
insure to have the task completed within a shortest possible
time span.
- Plan , review and upgrade preventive maintenance
schedule of all equipments in printing section.
- Active member of internal audit team.
- Daily reporting the overall equipment efficiency (OEE)
to the production manager & General Manager.

Minimum of 5 to 8 yrs of hands on shop floor
experience in a similar manufacturing industry with at
least 5 years of supervision experience.
Familiar with packaging& Printings raw materials and
their corresponding usage.
Experience in Logistics / Warehousing and Material
Handling system is a plus.
Experience in quality control is a plus.
Experience to be a part in previous machine
installation / commissioning will be a plus.
Familiar with all units and conversions for packaging
& Printing.
Conversant with ERP system.
Familiarity with Production Planning and Material
Handling.
Excellent analytical abilities.
Proficient in MS office applications.
Time management.
Cost reducing.
Organized work priorities.
