Job Description:
Execution of Job Orders received from Production
Manager.
Ensure availabilities of all raw materials to the
appropriate workstations on time.
Ensure availabilities of all post press consumables
(chemicals, glue, raw materials, water… etc) to he
appropriate workstations on time.
Ensure safe return of the left over raw materials and
consumables to raw materials store.
Ensure to achieve production targets as per job
orders issued.
Ensure to achieve machine utilization and efficiency
as per the targets
Ensure timesheets are filled 100% accurately
Ensure quality of work done within the operations is
at international quality standards and the output as
per customer agreed specification by
1. Product/ process verification
2. Dimension verification, specs verification.
3. Routine inspection
Ensure all start- up and make- ready process are inline
with the SOP.
Ensure the optimal process wastages as per the SOP.
Ensure and respect shift handover / takeover
procedures.
Ensure for the timely report of any break down or
maintenance requirement to the Production Manager
and insure to have the task completed within a
shortest possible time span.
Plan, review and upgrade preventative maintenance
schedule of all equipment in post press (binding)
Active member of internal audit team .
