Job Description
Designing/developing tours programs, provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc.) to travelers.
¬ Knowledgeable for the use of promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
¬ Plan and sell transportation's, hotel/apartment accommodations, airline tickets, travel insurance, international driving licenses and other travel services.
¬ Coordinate with clients to determine their needs and advise them about appropriate destination, modes of transportation's, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
¬ Handling in calm and diplomatic manner with client’s difficulties, complaints and refunds where same have to advise/report to the incumbent Travel Supervisors.
¬ Make hotel reservations, book transportation, prepares airline / holidays quotation.
¬ Collecting travel payments and handling client accounts.
¬ Network with tour operators and attend travel seminars/trainings to remain updated with tourism trends.
¬ Collecting supplier or client data into our software and maintain a recording file.
¬ Market and promote the company services to meet profit and sales targets.

ü Previous working experience in business administration or travel and tourism sector is highly preferred.
ü Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel. Particulars proficiency using mainlly Amadeus, Sabre & others .
ü Educated about geographical position of a particular destinations.
ü Able to work as part of team, high level of customer service, have stress management, able to meet deadlines.
ü Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus.
ü Strong organizational/sales focus and commercial awareness.
ü Ability to interact, communicate negotiate effectively, keen to details.
ü Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends, comprehensive industry knowledge.
ü Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
