• Identify key construction projects and project-team members in assigned Export Markets
• Develop and maintain a network of professional relationships with key specifiers, client/developers and Contractors in the “Key Export Markets” to create competitive advantage
• Adapt consultative techniques to actively participate in project submittals and develop a rich qualified pipeline of specifications and opportunities for future business of the company.
• Within the set geographic area of responsibility, Achieve maximum target number of major specifying or contracting firms actively working on major projects
• identify key contact(s) and develop good relationships
• Use existing data base and keep updating.
• Maintain list of existing projects and new projects in pipeline and report
• Meet all objectives of our company yearly including training across Bitumat product groups, and increase knowledge of global market
