- Coordinating with projects and sales to do required pre-installations at customer site
- Installing, operating and training security network products
- Have a thorough working knowledge of Hyoon' s security products
- Have a thorough understanding of SLA contracts and coverage levels.
- Perform remedial repair activities on customer site.
- Perform assignments as directed by Response Centre senior technical staff.
