A leading home ware retail Company located in Dammam- KSA is seeking to hire the following
Job Title: Service Category Manager
Reporting Line: Head of marketing
Summary Statements
-Lead and coordinate all on-floor services activities, while assuring the maximum customer experience
-Achieve, improve and benchmark footfall resulting from the customer driven events
Job Description:
-Develop “NICE” on-floor services standards, processes and KPIs
-Lead the planning and the execution of the first and subsequent stores’ on-floor services Manage day-to-day activities related to the on-floor services “wedding & gifting, live demos, café, and others”
-Liaise and contract with 3rd parties providers, as and when the need arise
-Conduct field visits to the store(s) to oversee the implementation of the on-floor services
-Captures insights continuously by performing regular and systematic customer research and activities (e.g. surveys, customer focus groups, electronic customer feedback from stores, feedback from customer facing staff)
-Lead cross functional meetings presenting key findings of POS data analysis/ customer researches and highlighting future plans and their implementation
-Continuously monitor the industry trends and competitors’ activities to initiate new on-floor services and ensure better customer experience
-Develop and maintain customer initiatives such as loyalty programs, gift cards… etc
-Generate other incomes for the stores through events and space rentails
-Consistently improve the level of the provided services and innovate new value added services initiatives
-Collaborate with the Designers, Buyers, Visual Merchandisers and other related parties for the on-floor services on-going activities, development and improvement
-Create the on-floor services full calendar and work on its perfect execution in coordination with the Marketing Manager<

Job Skills
•Bachelor’s Degree in business administration
