Job Title: Sewage Projects Manager
Job Description:
-Management of company water, waste water and power projects - provide prequalification and technical affairs during
- pre-bidding, bidding and projects stages.
-Select the prequalification and tenders from water Market according our company policies and capabilities.
-Supervision, Monitor and Review of dry cost and final prices,
-Review the Design, Drawings, Technical offers, and commercial conditions.
-Overhead estimation review ( price, consumers, labors, power consumption and chemical consumption).
-BOOT& PPP projects estimation for equipments and O&M.
-Projects Planning programs, Projects cost control, Projects budgets
-Review submittals before sending to customers & consultants for approval.
-Projects equipments & Procurement (oversea, local and manufacture) , spare parts lists, following L/Cs,shipments till transportation to stores and/or to site
-Following O&M activities, staff, prices, consumers, and coordinate with consultant and clients
-Handling customer complaints,Variation orders, project installation and project commissioning procedures
-Review the invoices to customers &, following the collection of receipt of payment.
-Select the tenders from water Market according our company policies and capabilities

- technical offers, Drawings and commercial offers for ROs, Gray water, IWWT. and STPS. Offers
-Supervision and Review the Design & proposal of All ROs &STPs
-STPs and ROs -O&M projects estimation (price, consumers, labors, power consumption and chemical consumption).
-water & waste water BOOT& PPP projects estimation for equipments and O&M.
-Design & proposal of some industrial (like Soybean oil waste wat

Job Skills
•Bachelor Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
•10 - 20 years Experience in big construction projects
•Very Good User for MS Office (excel, word, power point, etc.)
•Very good English
•Very good communication skills
