Job Description
1. Develop and update the strategy, goals and targets of the company Sales department and manage the implementation of the strategic initiatives, as applicable to company Sales, and communicate expectations to all individuals within the department.
2. Develop milestones and plans for the company Sales department to achieve its goal
3. Develop the annual budget for the company Sales department and ensure cost and expenditure are within the set budget
4. Provides timely feedback to management regarding performance
5. Forecast the demand of product through leads, and market trend analysis to set the sales goals and targets

7. Determine alliance opportunities by identifying, analysing and evaluating the potential benefits & Develop sales budget and calculate product revenue
8. Coordinate with warehouse for inventory check and for order fulfilment.
9. Coordinate outbound transportation including transportation and deliveries outside the country.
10. Coordinate with the CRM function to gather customer complaints and comments and relay them to develop an action response plan.
11. Coordinates with concerned agents on customer related issues and challenges, and communicates findings to concerned departments.
12. Supervise area managers and sales operations are optimized and targets are met.
13. Manage overall invoicing and collections for clients, and ensure orders fulfilment and production are geared towards client satisfaction
14. Ensures accuracy of compiling Sales Contracts with Customers and to ensure customer’s scheduled payments are received.
