Job Description
1. Develop and implement strategies and policies for sales and distribution, as well as their own executive actions.
2. Collected and analyze customer and market data to identify potential opportunities and how to get it.
3 prepare research and marketing studies.
4. Prepare periodic reports (daily / weekly / monthly) necessary to follow the movement and activity of sales staff of sales management and submit them to the Board on a regular basis regularly.
5- Manage and motivate the team to increase productivity and access to the best results.

Job Skills
•Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with MBA
•Experience from 8 to 15 years At least 5 years in a management position in the field of sales.
•Over 3 years of experience in Trading Safety tools, Construction Materials ( Rebar Not Included) , Hand and Mechanical Tools, Equipment and Machinery
•Preferable have experience in GCC especially in KSA
•Enthusiastic character with excellent presentation and communication skills.
•Fluent command of both spoken and written in English.
•Have high skills in communication, negotiation and problem-solving and crisis management.
