Job Description
1. To sell the company’s products and to achieve Sales Targets.
2. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company's products, and to provide sales support.
3. Arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of products.
4. Develop long-term relationships with clients and assist them to design custom-made products.
5. Support in meeting regular sales targets
6. Prepares and submits weekly and monthly activity report to area sales manager.
7. Provide technical and non-technical support services and attend customer complaints.
8. Manage and fulfill sales orders, ensure the product meeting customer requirements in terms of quality, price and delivery.
9. Manage to collect due payments from customers.
10. Attend customer complaints at first level.
