Job Title: Regional AC Services Supervisor
Summary Statement:
The AC Services Supervisor is responsible to manage the AC technical teams as well as the outsourced teams in his region to provide all the AC services types to the customers. He is accountable of delivering the customer service KPIs for all the AC services in his region as well as raising the technical index of his team members.
Job Description:
•Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.
•Inspect and monitor all work areas (AC installation, preventative maintenance, repairs), examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.
•Sourcing and requisition materials and supplies, such as installation materials, tools, equipment, or replacement parts.
•Manage and monitor installation materials, tools inventory.
•Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work load and priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.
•Source, qualify and manage the outsource teams / workshops to do the AC installation and monitor their work by having several site visits continuously and qualifying their work level.
•Recommend or initiate personnel related matters, such as hiring, promotions, transfers, discharges, or disciplinary measures.
•Support the development, implementation, or evaluation of services policies and procedures.
•Inspect, test, and measure completed work, using devices such as hand tools or gauges to verify conformance to standards, installation or repair requirements.

•Bachelor degree (in AC / HVAC field)
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in AC field (preferably in GCC region)
•Arabic and English Proficiency.
•Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft office application (word, excel).
•Maximum 35 years old
•Flexible with duty timing changes according the business needs and seasonality.
•Very good presentation skills
•Very good communication skills
•Customer oriented
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in AC field (preferably in GCC region)
