• Global quality control on coating line, quality analysis, claim, tuning coating
• Use QA and Production Process data to drive continuous improvement.
• Cooperation with R&D to ensure that quality management system processes are established, implemented, and maintained.
• Provide monthly statistical reports to support continuous improvements
• Provide procedures at all levels to ensure meeting and exceeding internal and external customer’s needs and expectations.
• Seek out systems, programs, and processes that enhance continuous growth of the company.
• Combine internal resources with the Voice of the Customer to exceed customer expectations.
• Apply quality principles to the development of the organization.
• Responsible for targets achievement

Job Requirements
• BSC of Engineering
• Min 7 years of experience in the same position in glass production factory.
• Good PC skills
• Good English
