A leading company specialized in Electrical Materials industry located in Al Khobar, KSA needs to hire (Projects Sales Manager)
Responsibilities:
* Planning sales activities, including participating in goal setting and establishing sales policies related to pricing, distribution, promotion, and market targeting.
* Coordinating sales activities with other departments like marketing, procurement, and customer service.
* Analyzing market needs for imported items, identifying them, and proposing new varieties with significant purchasing impact after assessing market prices.
* Offering advice and guidance to the project sales team for the benefit of the business.
* Providing regular reports to the Sales Department Director on the Sales Department's activities and future projections.

- Bachelor's or MBA in Marketing/Sales or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop corrective and preventive solutions.
