Job Description
1- Managing Organisation Structure:
Maintain and enhance the organisational chart by managing position structures and reporting lines.
Oversee the headcount budget to ensure optimal staffing levels.
2-Performance Appraisal Program:
Maintain and enhance the Performance Management Program (PMP) to drive employee performance and development.
3-Policies and Procedures:
Create and enhance policies that serve the business by collaborating with various departments.
4-Service Level Agreements :
Develop and improve SLAs to streamline processes and expedite service delivery.
5-Employee Engagement Surveys:
Lead employee engagement surveys to assess satisfaction, drive organisational improvement, and implement action plans based on results.
6-Data Cleansing:
Maintain and clean current employee data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
7-Analysis and Reporting/Dashboards:
Analyse and correct available data to support informed decision making within the business.
8-HR Meetings:
Organise and maintain HR meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
Proven experience in organisational development or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
