 Exposed to the daily operation tasks that involve research, data analysis, project management, setting presentation & reports and Improving Sales rate.

 Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

 Make sure that company's Pharmaceutical BU is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of our customers and clients.

 Review financial statements and data, utilize financial data to improve profitability, prepare and control operational budgets, control inventory, plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of Pharmaceutical BU.

 Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of market demand.

 Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.
 Prepare annual audit for all the warehouses and pharmacies.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
• Post-degree in Business Management
• Twelve years of experience among which 3 years at least as Operation Manager.
• Well Knowledge of KSA Retail Pharmacy Business Market is a must.
• Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English Languages.
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
• Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Budget development and oversight experience.
