• Own and manage all the training plan, training program and training project within his region
• Advice and co-ordinate the identification and prioritization of training needs at regional level in conjunction with the regional team.
• Prepare and implement a Regional Training Plan in consultation with the Regional Team and central Training team.
• Co-ordinate where appropriate, and in consultation with the Regional Manager and HR & Administration Service, the delivery of internal staff training within the region.
• Participate in special projects and joint working arrangements in consultation with their Regional Manager
• Participate in training and development programmers/courses to maintain and improve performance and to assist in identifying self training and support needs
• Undertake such other duties as may be agreed from time to time with the Regional Manager.
• Organize, Deliver and follow-up the product knowledge training.
• Maintain the product knowledge training plan within the region.
• Transfer the product knowledge training for any new launch or new technology to the remote areas.
• Responsible for the implementation of the training plan within the region.
• Trainer in the selling skills and customer services training.
• Trainer for all the operations technical training (IE: Services- IT – E commerce – Inventory - …etc)
• Trainer for any new initiative for the company.
• Implement the orientation program and the training plan for the new hires.
• Coordinate the implementation of any new store training within the region.
• Keep track of the training and operation calendar within the region to prevent any conflict.
• Work with the regional managers to fill the gaps in performance and developing the sales staff.
• Represent and promote the organization, attend and participate at conferences and seminars as required

Professional training certifications are a must
