Job Description
• Fully aware of Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances products repair technical bulletins and repairs guidelines.
• Deep Analysis of operations KPIs.
• Escalating product Technical Issue for technical problems (Software m hardware and Parts Lists issues) when needed to vendor technical team.
• Escalating product epidemic quality issues to vendor Technical Support.
• Troubleshooting of product repair issues.
• Evaluating staff KPIs periodically (monthly, weekly).
• Implementing operational Audits.
• Ensure implementing vendor required setup, maintenance and periodic audits.
• Asses team technical capabilities.
• Plan, set up and implement technical training.
• Set up Monthly Technical Quizzes, implement it and feedback.
• Downloading latest technical materials and providing all service centers staff with it.
• Communicate repair instructions and precautions to concerned team members.
• Prepare and conduct technical audit
