Job Description
• Administrating and maintaining record of all the documents relevant with the invoiced.
• Monitoring the proper completion of all the required documents for all sale transactions.
• Assuring the compliance of the sales people with the policies and procedures that are mentioned in the company's guidelines.
• Preparing a report of all the outstanding and overdue payments on a daily basis.
• Coordinating with the representatives to get the payments on time.
• Receiving payment by cash, check, etc.
• Petty cash maintenance and sending to Finance Dept.
