·Formulate and implement business plans and sales strategies
·Guide,lead and motivate team of sales representative to achieve their business
objectives.
·Making appointments with and meeting new customers
·Meeting sales targets
·Execute daily sales promotion activities and projects in general
trade channels
·Manage sales performance in terms of sales volume, inventory,
and payment
·Establish good relationship with general trade customers
·Explore new business opportunities and market intelligence
·Prepare sales forecast and analysis reports for management views To provide excellent after sales service and
ensure excellent customer experience

.experience in Sales activity of Fruits, Vegetables, or FMCG.
•Good Knowledge of MS applications
• Fluent in English
•Ability to work under pressure with excellent communication skills with his team work and clients.
•MUST have a driving License
