🌟Key Responsibilities:
* Create and update compliance rules and steps
* Make sure the bank follows laws and Central Bank rules
* Watch for risks that could hurt compliance and find ways to reduce them
* Write reports for managers and regulators about compliance
* Lead training to help employees understand compliance
* Be the person who talks to regulators

· A degree in Finance, Business, Law or something similar
· 10+ years of experience in compliance (banking sector required)
· Good understanding of AML, FATCA and Basel standards
