• Manage the sales and promotion activities for BTC’s Medical Disposables division
• Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to be implemented by the sales staff
• Identify and attract new market opportunities through market and competitive intelligence
• Set yearly and quarterly targets for each product line and ensure successful target achievement
• Manage all correspondence and engagement with customers across Saudi Arabia and the GCC
• Manage relationships with BTC’s vendors and international suppliers
• Report directly to top management with timely sales reports and action plans
• Oversee Medical Disposables Division’s time and budget allocation

• 8+ years in sales and marketing in a major Medical Disposables / Supplies.
• University degree preferably in Marketing or Pharmacy.
• Candidate should be persistent and objective-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
