                Job Description
                
                    •	Manage a portfolio of corporate customers and actively acquire new ones
•	Set and achieve sales and profitability targets by client in line with overall business plan
•	Develop and manage sales reports on weekly/monthly/semiannually/annually
•	Accountable to achieve overall yearly sales target for both corporate and retail
•	Manage all CRM activities and ensure weekly/monthly/yearly sales targets are met
•	Actively sell products and services offered by the firm to corporate/household clients
•	Manage a team sales consultants for corporate/SME segments
•	Manage the performance of the kingdom-wide sales branches 
•	Identify manpower needs of the client and work with talent pool management/ recruitment consultants to prepare offers/ proposals and negotiate terms with the client
•	Present proposals to relevant committee to obtain approval on the terms according to the delegation matrix
•	Build and maintain customer relationship through regular face-to-face meetings
•	Liaise with operations team to fulfill the recruitment needs in a timely and high quality manner; hold regular meetings with the recruitment team to follow-on progress
•	Act as the main point of contact for servicing the customer through the recruitment cycle, providing information, answering  inquiries and  resolving issues
•	Work with talent pool management team to timely receive performance management feedback about recruited candidates on a periodic basis
•	Manage the collection by communicating  with customers to obtain payments at or near their due date
