A largest Health club located in Qatar needs to hire the following position:

Job title: Receptionist cum Cashier (Female)


Membership
a)Ensure that only club members with a valid membership are allowed to use the club's facilities.
b)To make sure that members files are up to date and that all requirements such as completely filled and signed application form, signed rules and regulations, pictures and passport copies are in the file.
c)To be familiar with the various categories of membership and the appropriate for each category.
d)To monitor the member's expiration dates and advise management of any member whose membership has expired.
e)Keep in touch with members on the following:

-If their application is accepted.
-When their membership invoices are ready.
-To renew their membership
-When their membership cards are ready.
f)To promote and sell cosmetic products.


Cashiering
a)To collect all payments made for services provided by the club either by cash, cheque or credit card. To also be familiar with all credit card accepted by the club.
b)To be familiar with foreign currency exchange rates as some payments will be made in foreign currency. To also be able to identify those currencies that are accepted by the club.
c)To balance the daily cash takings at end of each shift either at the Reception or the Restaurant.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same position.
•Preference will be given to candidates with hotels or club experience .
