Job Description
1. Prepares documentation for the needs of production manager.
2. Checks and determine the quality of glass produced according to the specifications through established methods in specified activities.
3. Participates in the setting and adjustment of the production process line.
4. Involved in the creation of regulations to control production quality.
5. Is responsible for the training function team leader and operator control room in the activities quality control to a full refund.
6. Implements and monitors the quality of execution of all control activities listed below:
• prepare samples, cutting their labor regulations required dimensions
• measuring optical parameters of glass suitable methods using all available instruments and prescribed
• performs measurements and qualitative evaluation of the thickness and type layers
• carries out mechanical tests, chemical tests such as define for specific type coating
• all tests carried out in due dates and periods
• working closely with the team leader, process engineer at setting of production
• actively involved in setting up and running of additional technologies that help to streamline the manufacturing process and is responsible for them
• implementing and ensuring the identification of defects to the glass and contributes to their elimination
• fully responsible for the hold of a product that does not meet the set standards of quality
• enters values and characteristics of the product to PC
• ensures the effective utilization of the funds, including information systems
7. Other activities include quality control supervisor :
• adherence to work procedures, rules, regulations and metro logical rules
• adherence to work safety
