Job Description
• Organize and manage the various tasks/projects of process dev. Manager office in order support the business priorities; provide general administrative support to assigned projects
• Direct, organize, and control project activities under the direction of the Process Dev. Manager.
• Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of the organization and externally on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities; develop and maintain good working relationships across the organization.
• Attend client/stakeholder meetings (as directed) to determine project requirements; effectively communicate relevant project information and updates to project stakeholders.
• Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Committee meetings as well as other internal/external meetings; prepares meeting summaries and maintains track of the priority lists and projects updates.
• Works independently and coordinates with other members of the senior management on special projects assigned by the Process Dev. Manager.
• Collects and interprets data to produce reports; prepares proposals and business plan documents as needed.
• Assesses critical factors and dependencies for project delivery.
• Prepares communication and presentation material for the Process Dev. Manager ’S strategic communication initiatives; work closely with Marketing & Communication Department as needed.
• Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables that facilitates Process Dev. Manager’s ability to fulfill his responsibilities.
• Handles confidential and sensitive information with tact, poise, and diplomacy Additional Responsibilities:

Job Skills
• Civil or Mechanical Engineer Degree
• Professional Education: MBA or University Degree in a related subject with relevant PM certifications. Will be an advantage.
• 4 to 7 Years' Experience specialized in planning and/or management
• Experience in using PM software such as MS Office Project and Oracle Primavera PM P6 version 8 or later.
• Good in English
