• prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• prepare and perform check runs
• post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
• reconcile accounts payable transactions
• prepare analysis of accounts
• monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

• Bachelor degree in Commerce
• From 2 to 3 years of experience in the same position (accounting payable) is preferable.
• Background in banks is preferable.
• Can be work under pressure and within deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good in English
• Good communication skills.
